Cakelle Atelier is operated as a sole proprietorship at 400 N Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202. That address is the office and the pickup point by appointment. Phone: +1 (904) 643-4172. Questions about this policy, and cake requests, go to [email protected]. This page describes the information this website collects.

Who this covers

It covers people who browse rojdhi.com and people who send a cake request through the form, by email, or by phone. It does not describe a shop, app, or social account outside this website.

What you submit

The request form asks for your name, email address, phone number, event type, cake category, event date, number of servings, an optional flavor note, design details, a preference for pickup, delivery, or not sure yet, a delivery ZIP code when you choose delivery, an optional reference image, and a checkbox confirming that these details may be used to respond. A phone call or an email can include the same kinds of details. The form is for planning a cake. It does not ask for a payment card number.

What the server records

The request page calls the site’s form endpoints. The first call sets a first-party session cookie named cakelle_session. The cookie holds a session identifier. The form token and the time the form session started stay on the server. The Cookie Policy describes the cookie.

After the session checks pass, the submission counts toward a limit of five an hour for the network address the server sees. The count is a list of timestamps in a private file. The filename is a code derived from that address, not the address written out, and the file does not contain the form. Timestamps older than one hour are removed the next time that file is updated.

PHP errors are written to a private error log so they can be corrected. They are not displayed on the page. The hosting server may also keep ordinary connection records, such as the time, the address it sees, and the page requested, in order to operate the site. Those records are not used for advertising. This page does not set a retention period for the error log or for hosting records.

The published site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or a payment checkout.

Why it is used

  • To read the request and reply with options and a price.
  • To make the cake if you and Cakelle Atelier both confirm the order.
  • To arrange pickup or delivery if that part of the order is accepted.
  • To limit automated submissions.
  • To review a reference image you chose to upload.

The form does not add you to a mailing list. Request information is not sold.

Email and reference images

When the message passes the checks, the site hands it to the server mail function. The message is addressed to [email protected], the From address is [email protected], and your email address is the reply address. The message contains the fields you submitted. A reference image is not attached. The page reports success only when the mail function accepts the message. That acceptance does not show that the message reached the inbox, and it does not confirm an order, a price, or a date.

The email names the stored file. The image remains in a folder outside the public website when the mail function accepts the message. If the mail function does not accept it, the site deletes that file and asks you to call. The site has no separate database of requests.

How long it is kept

Cakelle Atelier has not set a fixed retention period. The site does not automatically delete request emails or stored reference images after a set number of days. The one-hour cutoff for rate-limit timestamps is the only built-in limit of that kind. You may ask us to delete a request we still hold. A detail that belongs to a confirmed order may be kept for that order.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted on a server the business controls through its hosting panel. Mail goes out through that server’s mail function to [email protected]. No payment processor, analytics service, or font host is connected. Fonts are files on this website. The Google Maps link on the contact page is an ordinary link. The map is not embedded. Opening it takes you to Google under Google’s own terms.

Security checks

The form requires the session token, rejects a hidden field that should stay empty, and does not accept a submission in the first three seconds after the form session starts. It stops after five submissions an hour from the same network address. If the browser sends an origin or a referrer, that host must match this site. Images must be JPEG, PNG, or WebP, no larger than 4 MB, and the server checks that the file is an image. Uploads are not placed in a public folder.

Children

The form is for the person ordering the cake. It does not ask for a child’s phone number or email address. The wording on a cake may include a child’s name.

Asking about your information

You may ask what request information we still have, ask for a correction, or ask for a deletion. Email [email protected] or call +1 (904) 643-4172, and include the email address you used on the request.

Changes

If the form, the cookie, or the mail setup changes, this page will be updated to match.
