Requests and confirmation
How do I order a cake?
Choose a style, then send the event date, servings, flavor direction, and design notes. The ordering guide walks through the list. You can use the form or the phone.
Does sending the form reserve my date?
No. A request is not a confirmed order. The date is reserved only when Cakelle Atelier accepts it in a reply.
Why are there no prices?
Servings, decoration, and delivery change the price. Publishing one number would describe a different cake than the one you want. The quote is in the confirmation.
How do I pay?
This website does not take payment. A payment method, deposit, or refund term applies only when it is written in the order confirmation. None of those terms is published as a standing rule.
Design, flavor, and allergies
Can you copy a cake I saw online?
We can use a photo as inspiration for color, shape, and level of detail. We do not copy trademarked characters, logos, or another bakery’s design.
Do you have a flavor menu?
Tell us the direction, such as vanilla, chocolate, or citrus. Available flavors are confirmed for your cake. They are not a fixed public menu.
Can you make the cake allergen-free?
Tell us every allergy in the request. We do not claim an allergen-free kitchen. A limit on ingredients is only real if it is written into the confirmation.
How long will the cake keep?
It depends on the filling and the frosting. Ask in the request so the storage note matches the cake you are ordering, instead of a general rule.
Size, delivery, and pickup
How many servings should I order?
A practical start is one slice per guest. Share the count and whether children are included. We confirm the size. A very small group may want a mini cake.
Do you deliver?
Delivery in Jacksonville, Florida can be requested. A nearby location is considered only when the bakery can actually serve that request. Fees and timing are not published because they are confirmed per order. Same-day delivery is not listed. Details are on the cake delivery page.
Can I pick the cake up?
Pickup can be requested at 400 N Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202. That address is the office and the pickup point. A time is set after the order is accepted. Please do not arrive without a confirmed time. Opening hours are not published. Jacksonville, Florida is the primary service area. A nearby location is considered only when the bakery can actually serve that request.
