    If we accept the order, we confirm whether pickup or Jacksonville delivery is available for that date.

Cakelle Atelier is based at 400 N Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Jacksonville, Florida is the primary service area. A nearby area is considered only when the bakery can actually serve that request. This website does not publish a delivery map, a delivery fee, other cities, or same-day service. If you need the cake brought to an address, include the ZIP code in your request.

The address is the office and the pickup point. Pickup is by appointment, and only after the bakery accepts the order and confirms a time. Opening hours are not published.

Before you send a request

How do I request a cake?

Use the request form or call (904) 643-4172. Include the event date, about how many people you are serving, and the design direction. The ordering guide lists what is useful to send.

Is a request the same as a confirmed order?

No. A form submission or phone call is a request. The cake, the price, and the pickup or delivery plan are confirmed only when Cakelle Atelier accepts them.

Do you deliver in Jacksonville?

Delivery can be requested for a Jacksonville address. Availability, timing, and any fee are confirmed with the order. They are not guaranteed by this website.

Can I share inspiration photos?

Yes. Upload one reference image with the form, or describe the cake when you call. Please send images you have the right to share.
