Cake delivery
Cake Delivery in Jacksonville
You can ask Cakelle Atelier to deliver a confirmed cake in Jacksonville, Florida. Nearby areas are considered only when that trip is actually possible. This page does not publish a zone map, a fee, or a same-day promise. Those details are part of the reply to your request.
Request Delivery With Your Cake
What is actually offered
Cakelle Atelier’s office and appointment pickup point is 400 N Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Jacksonville, Florida is the primary service area. A request outside the city is not a promise of delivery. Send the ZIP code, and the bakery will say whether that location can be served.
Birthday cake delivery, custom cake delivery, and delivery of cupcakes all use the same rule. The cake has to be accepted as an order first. A form that only says “please deliver” is not a delivery booking.
What to include if you want delivery
- The event date and the time you hope the cake arrives.
- The delivery ZIP code, and the full street address once the order is being confirmed.
- Stairs, a gate code, or a venue loading note if the driver would need them.
- A phone number that will be answered on the day.
- Whether someone will be there to put the cake in a cool room.
Fees, if any, are quoted with the cake. They are not a flat number on this website. Distance, date, and the size of the cake can change the answer.
Pickup is the other option
You may request pickup instead. A pickup time is scheduled after the order is accepted. Pickup is at the office address above, by appointment. Opening hours are not published. Please do not arrive without a confirmed time.
The ordering guide explains the difference between a request and a confirmed order. Occasion pages such as birthday cakes and wedding cakes explain the cake itself.
Questions
Do you deliver anywhere in Jacksonville?
Not by default. Send the ZIP code. Cakelle Atelier confirms whether that address is possible for the date.
Can I order a cake online for delivery?
You can send the request online and choose delivery. The delivery happens only if the reply accepts both the cake and the trip.
Will the cake sit outside?
Plan for a person to receive it. A cake left in the Florida heat is not a safe assumption, and we will not promise an unattended drop-off.
Do you ship cakes in the mail?
No. This is local fulfillment around Jacksonville, discussed per order. It is not a shipping program.
